Culinary Workshops

Following my career in apparel creation, I earned my certification in Baking & Pastry Arts from George Brown College in Toronto. One of the exclusive benefits I offer to our farm guests is to enjoy an on-site hands-on culinary workshop. I will be offering workshops on preserving the harvest, home-made bread or pastry, chocolate truffles, or even making your own goat cheese. You simply choose which food you would like to get creative with and we will arrange a convenient day to make it happen.
